Currently we are booking up several weeks in advance for weekend care. This is primarily for dogs and medicated animals that need timed visits. If you are a pet owner who is completely open to the time of day we can come and care for your pets, we may be able to do so.
You can see daily updated availability on your client portal . As a reminder, we are no longer accepting new clients.
You may email us to be put on a waiting list for care. Please note-we will access available care after cancellations based on the parameters of the request. The waiting list is not “first come, first serve”.
In addition, we will be returning texts/calls messages between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM unless it is an emergency. Please allow time for your request to be addressed. Email is preferred.
We are grateful and overwhelmed with the post pandemic travel requests. It is vital to the service we provide that we not overbook or “cram people in.” We understand that our clients were used to open availability in the past and that it’s not convenient or wanted for that to be taken away, particularly during the summer season. We are continuously searching for the right people to add to our team with the needed availability. We appreciate your patience during this time and hope to care for your pets in the future.
